Mother-Daughter Trio Lucy Angel Take "Crazy Too" To Country Radio
Country music's most buzzed about female trio, Lucy Angel, have just released their debut single, "Crazy Too" to country radio. Produced by Noah Gordon (Colt Ford, LoCash Cowboys, Bubba Sparxxx) and Bobby Terry (Alabama, Trace Adkins), and written by Shane McAnally, Brandy Clark and Karyn Rochelle, "Crazy Too" takes a lighthearted stab at a topic that most women, and even men, can relate to.
"I know why she's crazy why she's drinkin' all the time/Lookin' more like forty when she's only twenty-nine/Why her best friend and her momma think she's lost a couple screws"
Currently on a nationwide radio tour in support of the single, Lucy Angel and "Crazy Too" have garnered rave reviews from high profile music critics.
"Lucy Angel comes to Nashville with a ton of charisma, hook-laden songs, and more importantly - a heavy dose of talent." -Chuck Dauphin, Reporter at Billboard
"Sprightly, brightly rocking. Their pert trio harmonies are flawless, and the lickety-split tempo tune of a guy who drives the gals nuts is ear catching, too." -Robert Oermann, MusicRow Magazine
"Lucy Angel's hot new single "Crazy Too" is a southern rock-country hybrid that races 0 to 180 in less than two seconds." - Jason Scott, Nashville Gab
"The trio, consisting of a mother and her two daughters, pulls you into the toe-tapper with a groove that you can't help but click your boot heels along with before giving away to a lyric that many of the female demographic can relate to." - One Stop Country
Alongside the add date of "Crazy Too" to terrestrial radio, the cable network AXS TV has announced that they will be re-airing the original docu-series DISCOVERING LUCY ANGEL beginning May 30. DISCOVERING LUCY ANGEL follows the trio Lucy Angel and their family as they try to make a name for themselves in country music.
